The CMINE Responder Technology Cluster and DIREKTION have released the Policy Brief on strengthening responder capabilities through innovation – launched today at the CERIS event in Brussels.
Developed by over 200 organisations and 17 projects, this brief delivers actionable recommendations for:
Aligning research priorities with real-world responder needs
Leveraging innovation procurement (e.g. PCP & PPI)
Enhancing interoperability and standardisation
Promoting ethical and user-friendly technologies
Supporting training and community preparedness
🚨 A must-read for policymakers, researchers and emergency responder organisations.
